How long does delivery take?

  • Parcel locker delivery takes 5 to 10 working days, DHL Express courier to your door 3 to 5 working days.
  • Working days are counted from Monday 8:00 to Friday 18:00 (excluding Lithuanian public holidays).
  • You will get a tracking code by email as soon as the parcel is shipped.

Where is my parcel? When will I get a tracking code?

If 5 to 10 working days (DHL Express: 3 to 5 working days) have not yet passed since you placed your order, your parcel is on its way as usual.

We will email you the tracking code as soon as the parcel is shipped.

If that time has passed, write to info@bookshop.lt and include your order number.

How much does delivery cost?

  • Lithuania: parcel locker (LP Express, Omniva, SmartPosti, Venipak) 2.19 €, free from 23 €. DHL Express courier to your door in 3-5 working days 6.99 €.
  • Latvia: parcel locker (Omniva, SmartPosti, Unisend, Venipak) 3.49 €, free from 28 €. DHL Express courier to your door in 3-5 working days 8.99 €.
  • Estonia: parcel locker (Omniva, SmartPosti, Unisend, Venipak) 3.49 €, free from 28 €. DHL Express courier to your door in 3-5 working days 8.99 €.
  • Finland: DHL Express courier to your door in 3-5 working days 5.99 €.
  • Poland: DHL Express courier to your door in 3-5 working days 20 zł.

Can I send the order to someone else?

Yes. When ordering, enter the recipient’s name, surname, phone number and delivery address.

If the order is a gift, we recommend giving the recipient’s contacts so the courier or parcel locker can reach them.

What books do you have?

We add tens of thousands of books to our range every day.

Right now our catalogue has about 5 million books in English.

Most books come with standard delivery in 5 to 10 working days.

Can I order books I can’t find on the website?

Yes. If you can’t find the book you want, write to info@bookshop.lt.

Include the title, author and ISBN if you have it. We will check if we can order it.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If we have not started processing your order yet, we can often change or cancel it.

Write to info@bookshop.lt as soon as possible with your order number.

What are the return conditions?

  • Books must be unused and undamaged.
  • If you return a book because you changed your mind, the buyer pays the return shipping.

What if the book arrived damaged or I got the wrong book?

Let us know as soon as possible at info@bookshop.lt and add photos.

In these cases we cover the shipping costs.

We will offer a free replacement or a refund.

How fast do you refund?

We refund within 14 days using the same payment method, as soon as your returned book reaches our warehouse.
